ENDURE is an interactive web application that helps users selecting mutations for protein engineering. It runs structure-based energy calculations with the Rosetta energy function and performs per-residue energy breakdown and sum of interaction energy analyses. It integrates easy-to-read summary reports and interactive visualizations to assist users selecting the best mutations for experimental characterization. Link to ENDURE paper.
